In an effort to get young people to get into fruit and veg, cooks and chefs from around Yonezawa have come together for this Vegetable Challenge Fair.

 Each year Yonezawa hosts a Vegetable and Fruit challenge fair – getting restaurants and cafes to create special dishes with specific ingredients. This time ‘Yonezawa Apples’ and ‘La France Pears’ will be used! We’re also introducing the first ever ‘Sweets Fair’.
