Onogawa Onsen 「Pokemon GO! Calling all Trainers!」

During the campaign for 2 hours every day the Module Lures will be placed in the Onsen Town making Pokemon Easier to catch. There will also be special deals available at participating stores for trainers!

• All of the Pokestops at Onogawa Onsen will have Lures from 11:00~15:00. All you can catch pokemon!
• Get a discounted Onsen ticket and food ticket!
• People who take over Gyms, and the person with the most types of pokemon will receive a prize!
• A raffle will be held from 16:00 with Yonezawa Beef Prizes!

・Please park cars at designated Ryokan parking spaces – please do not use your cars for navigating around the Onsen area.

・Please use the free Pokestop guides and avoid walking whilst looking at your phone

・Please refrain from making noise after 9pm as to avoid causing disturbance to local residents.

・Please play nicely with other Trainers

・Please be aware of cars, pedestrians and your surroundings while playing.

Try the Stamp Rally now! Collect stamps for rewards! The Yonezawa Noodle Association is cooperating with 31 stores that sell Ramen, Soba and Udon for this slurping challenge! Collect stamps and win prizes!

How to participate:

1. Get your stamp book from one of the participating stores.
2. Go to the participating store and have your meal. 1 stamp per person per store.
3. Collect stamps within the promotion time.
4. Once you’ve collected your stamps – place your stamp book in one of the collection boxes available at all participating facilities.
5. Once the campaign is over lucky winners will be chosen to win some great prizes!

Lantern Floating – A tradition that pays respect to the ancestors as well as wishing for a prosperous future.

This year we’ll be sending many lanterns out to float as the sounds of Buddhist Sutra chants fill the night sky.

Prices:
Small Lantern : 1,500 yen per lantern. Big Lantern – 4,000yen per lantern.

Please bring this fee with the application form by the 10^th of August.

The setting off point for the lanterns will be from Hottategawa Bridge until Monju Bridge.

Time: Tues. 16^th August 19:00　～
 Buddhist sutra chanting will take place from Hottategawa bridge river bed and Monju bridge river bed.

Lanterns will be released from 19:00 from Hottategawa river bed.
